Keys & Locks

Upon move in each tenant is provided a designated number of keys. Additional keys will be provided at a minimal cost per key. If a tenant requires a lock change, a replacement fee will be charged. All keys must be returned to the Management Office at lease termination.

Keypads and electronic locks installed on any suite perimeter or interior doors are not building standard equipment. The Management Office is not responsible for repairing keypads and electronic locks. If your suite has a malfunctioning keypad or electronic lock, a vendor approved by the Management Office must be called to make repairs. Please contact the Management Office at 901.747.0300 to schedule such repairs or to request a list of approved vendors. Repair costs associated with keypads and electronic locks are the responsibility of the Tenant.
